A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. A credit card is required on file.

Late arrivals have a 9-minute grace period. After 9 minutes, you may be asked to reschedule.

New patients must complete their Patient Intake Form 24 hours in advance.

Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice).

Gently exfoliate the area the day before your appointment.

Avoid caffeine and alcohol on the day of your appointment to reduce sensitivity.

You can still be waxed on your period, as long as you are wearing a clean tampon or diva cup.
